your organization and ask that you choose a different product for a
fundraiser, and I don't know how this would constitute as intimidation.
I seriously doubt that your group does not have the creativity to come
up with a different, innovative fundraising idea rather than just begin
selling something that has long been a CUSA tradition.

Go ahead. Continue your fundraiser. But this issue is far from resolved.
