UCJAS wiki / Animekai

The Animekai is the board of UCJAS, and literally means "anime council." The term is of vintage unknown to this author, but gained broad parlance during Sushu's Reign, when it was used to link the UCJAS board to Utena's student council, or seitokai, during the period of world revolution.
